Last Thursday, June 23, the Bosque de La Olla committee successfully organized a beautiful festival on the grounds of the park under construction in the Rizos area, in the northern area of Las Joyas.<\/p>\n
Every week, a tireless committee gathers to perform several tasks; \u00a0plant new trees, take care of them, mark trails with colorful tires in an area of 3.5 hectares among other activities. The small trees planted with the support of AUGE and different govenmental dependencies, have gradually populated whaty was initiall a land full of garbage and extremely insecure conditions, to get closer each day to its vocation as a forest. The festival, which was attended by around 200 people, was animated by musical activities and workshops for children.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
